The Views is part of Ardee Downtown on Al Marjan Island, a man-made group of islands off the Ras Al Khaimah coast known for its beaches, resort hotels and the Wynn Al Marjan Island development. The project places two residential towers on a shared landscaped podium, with pools, wellness and fitness facilities, retail and dining at their base. Residents are a short drive from the island's beaches, Al Hamra and the rest of the emirate.
