What is my property worth?
Pricing correctly is the biggest factor in how fast you sell. Our market valuation looks at four things:
Recent sales
Comparable transactions recorded by the Dubai Land Department in your building and community.
Live competition
Similar properties currently on the market and how they are priced.
Your property
Size, view, floor, layout, condition and any upgrades.
Demand & timing
Buyer demand in your area and how quickly you want to sell.

Selling property in Dubai: FAQs
How much does it cost to sell a property in Dubai?
Sellers typically pay the agency commission agreed in the listing agreement, the developer NOC fee and any outstanding service charges. The 4% DLD transfer fee is usually paid by the buyer, although this can be negotiated.
How long does it take to sell a property in Dubai?
The marketing period depends on price, location and demand. Once a buyer is found, a cash sale commonly completes in around 30 days, while sales involving a mortgage usually take longer.
Can I sell my property if it still has a mortgage?
Yes. You get a liability letter from your bank, and the outstanding loan is settled before or at transfer – often using the buyer’s funds.
Can I sell an off-plan property before handover?
Usually yes, but many developers require a minimum share of the price to be paid first and charge a transfer fee. We check your developer’s policy before listing.
Do I pay tax when I sell property in Dubai?
The UAE does not charge personal income tax or capital gains tax on property sales by individuals. Tax rules in your home country may still apply.
Can I sell my Dubai property from abroad?
Yes. We can manage the sale for you, and you can sign through a power of attorney if you cannot be in Dubai for the transfer.
