SAMANA Collecta is planned as a full-time island community on The World Islands, the man-made archipelago roughly four kilometres off the Jumeirah coast. The master plan places sea-view residential buildings around white-sand beaches and a central lagoon, with floating villas set on the water and tree villas among Italian-inspired gardens. Core amenities are planned to be running from the first handover, so residents can live on the island year-round.
