The Ritz-Carlton Residences is an upcoming branded residential tower by SAAS Properties on Al Maryah Island, the heart of Abu Dhabi’s financial district and home to ADGM. The project is in pre-launch with an expression of interest of AED 100,000; prices will be announced at launch.
