Meriden Gate is an upcoming mixed-use development by Green Horizon Developments in Downtown Jebel Ali, the strategic district beside Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai’s Jebel Ali corridor. The project combines residential apartments above ground-floor retail and commercial space, offering studios and one- and two-bedroom homes delivered fully furnished. Currently in pre-launch with expressions of interest open, Meriden Gate is scheduled to launch in November 2026, giving early buyers a chance to secure first-release pricing in an area served by the Dubai Metro Red Line, JAFZA and the Expo City corridor.
Pre-launch details list studios of about 370 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments of around 600 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments of about 1,000 sq ft, with retail units also planned; final layouts and the full unit mix will be confirmed at launch. Broker material describes interiors with Italian porcelain flooring, quartz worktops, floor-to-ceiling windows, fitted wardrobes, branded kitchen appliances and integrated smart home technology. Planned amenities include an indoor swimming pool, gym, landscaped gardens, a children’s play area, on-site dining, CCTV security and ground-floor retail.
Prices start from AED 570,000 for studios, AED 850,000 for one-bedroom and AED 1,400,000 for two-bedroom apartments. The guidance payment plan is 35/65, with EOIs of AED 30,000 for studios and AED 50,000 for one- and two-bedroom units, and handover expected in Q3 2029 – all subject to confirmation at launch. The site is close to a Dubai Metro station, with Dubai Marina and JBR around 10–15 minutes away and Expo City Dubai about 15–20 minutes.
