Maseel at Al Mairid, Ras Al Khaimah by Tiger Group

Maseel is a new beachfront mixed-use community by Tiger Group at Al Mairid in Ras Al Khaimah, set on a coastal site of about 145,000 sq m. The plan combines seven residential buildings of 16 floors each with 59 townhouses, 17 beach villas with direct beach access, 16 garden villas and six water-breaker villas, alongside 103 shops. Tiger Group is a long-established UAE developer, and Al Mairid offers a calm coastal setting close to Ras Al Khaimah city, Al Marjan Island and Jebel Jais.

The layout is planned so that every part of the community, including the rear of the residential buildings, enjoys sea views. Waterfront living centres on gated beach access, a marina and yacht dock, a round lagoon with a waterfall, floating sports courts, a splash park and swimming pools. Green spaces include a central park, picnic areas, rooftop and sky gardens and a butterfly park, and residents also get basketball, padel and tennis courts, an outdoor cinema, a running track, a gym, spa and sauna. A mosque, nursery, clinic, co-working space and 360° rooftop restaurant complete the community. Unit layouts and sizes will be confirmed at launch.

Expression-of-interest prices start from AED 580,000, while the payment plan, handover date and EOI amount are still to be announced. The E11 is five minutes away, malls 12 minutes, golf clubs 15 minutes, Ras Al Khaimah International Airport 30 minutes and Wynn Al Marjan Island 36 minutes, with Jebel Jais about 40 minutes by car.
