Lorévia Collection is a new waterfront residential building by Deca Properties in Al Zorah, Ajman, one of the northern emirates’ most complete lifestyle master communities. The official launch is scheduled for 3 November 2026, and prices will be released at launch. The payment plan requires just 5% down, 15% in three monthly instalments, 40% during construction, 10% on completion and 30% after handover, paid at 1% per month over 30 months.
