Celeste is a new residential development with retail spaces by Meraki Developers in the Residential District of Dubai South, the master-planned city growing around Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City Dubai. Prices start from AED 683,000 for studios, AED 1,150,000 for one-bedroom and AED 1,397,000 for two-bedroom apartments, rising to about AED 1,700,000. The 40/60 plan requires 20% down (plus an AED 3,000 admin fee), 20% in small instalments of mostly 0.5% per month between 2027 and mid-2029, and 60% on completion, with handover expected in Q1 2030; the EOI is AED 20,000 and the launch date is still to be announced. Expo City Dubai is about 12 minutes away, Al Maktoum International Airport 19 minutes and Dubai Marina 37 minutes.
